Welcome to the University Archives website.

The University Archives act as the custodian of the records of the University that have been identified as having permanent value. It is the responsibility of the University Archives to facilitate the identification of archival records through the provision of advice and training and to ensure the preservation of these valuable records.

Most importantly, the University Archives facilitates public research through a reference service and administers public access to archives in accordance with the State Records Act, 2000.  If you are interested in exploring UWA’s archival holdings please contact the University Archivist on x7234 or the Archives Assistant on x3885.
