University Record Keeping

Every staff member at UWA is responsible for ensuring that they are aware of, and comply with the University’s record keeping standards, policies and procedures.

Archives and Records Management Services (ARMS) provide training for all UWA staff covering important record keeping topics such as disposal, sentencing and practical records management advice.  For quick advice, you can refer to our short advice sheetsTRIM training is also provided to all staff who request TRIM access.

The Records Management Services office also provides a number of services and advice to UWA staff, and has set up a dedicated web page for specific information on our major record groups; Student Records, Research Administration Records and Personnel RecordsNew general file request forms can also be accessed online including requests for new volumes.
