TRIM on the web

UReKA, or University Record Keeping Application, is a web based application that has been created by Archives and Records Management Services in conjunction with Information Technology Services (ITS).  It is designed to mirror the existing central administration records management system, TRIM, as closely as possible and to function in roughly the same way, albeit with reduced functionality.  UReKA has been developed for Faculties, Schools, Centres, Units and Instituions to help manage their paper records.

What is TRIM WebDrawer?

WebDrawer is a web based version of TRIM, but without the advanced functionality of TRIM Context.  At UWA, we use WebDrawer as a searching tool for all UWA staff to view electronic Position Documentation. You can also conduce a search of photographic images held in University Archives.
